Life is never complete. Shaped by buildings and furnishings, it shifts with the seasons and with one’s state of mind.
Though it may seem repetitive, no moment ever flows the same way twice.
Always in process, yet somehow fulfilled—such days continue to unfold.
For one year, I returned to Kanda House, experiencing its seasonal arrangements and the culture of the downtown neighborhood.
Forms and colors emerged, drawn forth by the atmosphere that lingers there, and for a moment, I place them gently within this space.
As if the air drifting here and now might one day overlap with someone else’s way of living.
